Yorkdale Buy Appointment Works Two Ways
1. Get It Together
Shop in person, by appointment only, using our free shopper service tailored to your taste and budget. Accompanied by your very own personal shopper, you’ll receive expert advice to get it right, even when time is tight. Yorkdale provides the fashion consultants and personal-shopping staff to help you get your shopping done quickly - and with style. A one-time nominal $25 booking fee is required; however, a $25 Yorkdale gift certificate will be issued upon arrival at your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A full 48 hours’ advanced notice is required to rebook your appointment, space permitting. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, another appointment cannot be guaranteed. The $25 booking fee is non-refundable.
2. Give Us Your List
For those of you who don’t have time to do your own shopping, make a list (and check it twice), then fill out the online form for each recipient and e-mail it back to us. If you prefer, you can call 416-789-4255. Simply tell us how much you want to spend and any gift ideas - and we buy the gifts for you. All of our gifts are selected from Yorkdale retailers and to your specifications. All purchases on behalf of the customer are made with Yorkdale gift certificates, which must be pre-ordered and pre-approved.
A minimum purchase of $500 is required.
