Our Customer Service Representatives will be gladly to assist you in locating a particular store or help finding your way around the centre.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

The Yorkdale Gift Certificates are the guaranteed gift of choice for any age!

Customers can purchase them in any denomination and they can be used in any of our 240 stores (excluding the Silver City Theatres & Premier Fitness Club).

You can purchase your Yorkdale Gift Certificate at the Customer Service Centre located across from Zara or online.

Please Note: Yorkdale does not charge any service fees to produce Gift Certificates.

GIFT WRAPPING

For a nominal fee, customers can get their parcels wrap by our trained Customer Service Representatives.  Please see below for price list.

Extra Small -     $2.50 + *
Small -              $4.00 + *
Medium-           $5.00 + *
Large -             $6.00 + *
Extra Large-     $9.00 + *

LOST AND FOUND

If at any time during your visit at Yorkdale, you learn that you have lost or misplace an item, please contact the Customer Service Centre to inquire if anything has been returned.

WHEELCHAIR RENTALS

We proudly provide the complementary rentals of wheelchairs to our customers. At time of rental, customers must provide a piece of identification: Driver’s License, or a deposit on a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
