The material enclosed will answer many of your questions regarding the program at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Temporary leasing is the perfect opportunity for you to start a small business.
If you are just starting out, or if you are a small retailer looking for greater exposure, a cart at Yorkdale may be a great solution for you. The cart program offers minimum overhead with low start up costs in a highly successful location. The carts have high visibility; are attractive, and offer you and your product exposure to over 500,000 potential customers per week.
In order to participate in this program, please submit the following:
- Application form (download application)
- Picture(s) or catalogue of your merchandise and percentage breakdown
- A copy of your price list, product guarantee, return policy and packaging
- Picture(s) of previous merchandise set-ups
- Sketches of your merchandising plan
