At Timothy's we value coffee of superior quality. Although quality of coffee starts at the source, Timothy's ensures that it remains until the last sip. This is done by guaranteeing that all coffee in our stores is sold within 20 days of its roasting. Our commitment to quality is further demonstrated by the fact that all our coffee is roasted on-site at our Toronto plant, allowing our quality control team to sample each batch.
